Hi Brandy: I can't imagine that the court reporter's spouse wouldn't object to his spouse's boss presiding over the case. I also can't imagine a good reason for the judge to stay on the case once the spouse of his or her court reporter objects.

don't forget about obama's multi million dollar inauguration party while people were losing their jobs and homes. what bothers me the most is that the constitution was founded on the ten commandments, but now you can't use god in the pledge of allegiance, you can lose your children for wanting them to go to church, and basically the politicians want you to believe we would have nothing without them. there is only one good way to make this world right again and it's not by taking away our rights, and freedoms of belief.

I have just signed up for the NFOJA training on January 6th and can't wait to begin getting my community involved in making changes to our legislation that will ensure our justice system is what the Constitution intended it when our children are grown.
