National Forum On Judicial Accountability
COURTS AND CYBER-INSECURITY: For its 2014 debut, the Virtual Round Table goes high tech and considers the prospect that America’s NSA is an unwitting portal for widespread scamming of American citizens through personal data thefts and the corresponding creation and enforcement of counterfeit financial liens. Worse yet, Americans may be hard-pressed to prove this massive cyber-insecurity through court proceedings due to the role of federal judge John F. Anderson in pursuing NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden for espionage. Judge Anderson recently gained notoriety for issuing an arrest warrant for Snowden based on alleged criminal activity that may seem justified in light of our January 30th VRT podcast.
Joining your VRT host, Zena Crenshaw-Logal, to connect the dots is former NASA software engineer and adjunct professor Kwame Gyamfi as well as attorney Michael McCray, Dr. Andrew D. Jackson, and Kenneth Kendrick -- all whistleblower protection and judicial reform activists. Professor Gyamfi has an active case before Judge Anderson and is already contending with questionable rulings and what seems to be fairly considered an appearance of impropriety on the part of the judge.
